Everything below we do ourselves, with our own crew. If a job needs a trade we don’t hold, we say so before you sign — not halfway through.
Outside
Pavers — install & repair
Patios, walkways and steps. Shifting pavers are almost always a base problem — we rebuild the base, not just the surface.
Site preparation
Light excavation, grading, drainage and compaction. The stage nobody sees once it is done — and the one everything else depends on.
Pool excavation
Digging for in-ground pools, spoil hauled away, a levelled and compacted bottom ready for the installer. Our own machines and crew, in Ottawa and across Québec.
Lawn & sod
Sod laying, dead-patch repair, weeding and seasonal upkeep. A lawn is won in the soil, before the first roll goes down.
Exterior maintenance & cleaning
Fence and surface cleaning, debris removal, post-winter recovery. Seasonal contracts or a single visit.
Inside & build
Construction — foundations & concrete
Excavation, footings, formwork and rebar, foundation walls, garage slabs and driveways. Construction jobs in Ottawa, Gatineau and the surrounding region.
Interior painting
Prep, surface repair, primer and finish. Furniture protected, floors covered, the room handed back clean the same evening.
Stairs — renovation & build
Interior and exterior stairs: rebuilds, tread replacement, railings and risers, built to code.
Basement window openings
Concrete cutting, lintel, window well and drainage. Daylight and an egress route where there was none.
Sheds & structures
Sheds, shelters and small yard structures, built on a prepared base so they do not move at the first thaw.

Yes. We come out, look, measure and send you a written quote. You pay nothing and commit to nothing.
Interior work — painting, stairs, openings — runs year-round. Pavers and grounds depend on frost: we schedule those from thaw through late autumn.
The quoted price is fixed. It changes only if you request an addition, and then you get the new figure in writing before we carry on.
Almost always the base: poorly compacted stone, not enough depth or bad drainage. Frost lifts whatever holds water. We rebuild the foundation, not just the surface.
