The work, and
what was under it.
A finished surface photographs well no matter who laid it. What separates a job that lasts from one that lifts in three winters is the base — so that’s what we show.
01 Before & after
Drag the
handle.
Anyone can lay a new surface over a bad base. It looks right for one season and lifts on the first hard frost.

The surface was not the problem. The base was — uncompacted and badly drained, it let frost lift every slab.

Grading, edging and planting. A yard reads better when it has lines to follow.

Patching, sanding, primer, two coats. Finish never rescues rushed prep.
