01 Why we work this way
Most callbacks aren’t finish problems. They’re base problems.
A patio that sinks, a stair that racks, paint that peels off a wall nobody prepared — every one of those traces back to a stage that got rushed because it was the stage nobody would see.
So we run the invisible stages the same way we run the visible ones: compaction gets checked, surfaces get prepped, and if the ground isn’t right we say so before we build on it — not after.

02 How we operate
Four site rules
we don’t break.
We say no
If a job is beyond what we do well, we say so and point you elsewhere. A bad contract costs more than a lost one.
We protect the house
Floors covered, furniture moved and put back, dust contained. You live there while we work.
We clear every evening
The site is tidied at the end of each day, not only at the end of the contract.
We answer
A call or message gets an answer within 24 hours, even when the answer is “not this week”.
